Salary at the top of European market data. Meaningful equity for everyone. Quarterly profit-share once we hit cash-flow positive.

Hybrid by default

Most teams meet in-office two days a week. Fully remote for senior IC roles. Annual on-sites in a different city each year.

Real ownership

Designers own mechanics end-to-end — from prototype to live RTP tuning. No PM gauntlet, no committee design.

Learning budget

€2 500 per year per person, no questions asked. Books, courses, conferences, hardware — your call.

Time off that works

28 days minimum, plus public holidays in your country. Mandatory two-week stretch annually — we mean it.
